Regular and Student registration fee includes:

  • Conference materials
  • Access to all lectures, poster sessions and exhibitions during the conference.
  • Refreshments during the conference (welcome party, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner).

Note:  Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required.
Eligible for student fee is a PHD or master’s degree, under 35 years of age.

 Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Accompanying person badge.
  • Access to a welcome party and a conference dinner.

Attendees from Ukranian Institutions

In support of their ongoing hardship, attendees affiliated with Ukranian Institutions will be eligible for a reduced conference registration fee. Please indicate your interest in this possibility by ticking the indicated box during registration, where we will contact you with further information

“Subject to final budgetary constraints, we aim to provide complete registration fee waivers to a limited number of attendees affiliated with Ukranian Institutions. By Bank Transfer: (bank coordinates, will receive after the registration)

Invitation letter for visa application

In case you need an invitation letter, please send your application to the email info@scte2024.org with following details:

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

  • Until 15.5. 2024 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • From 16.5. until 31.5.  2024– 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • From 1st June 2024 no refund can be processed.
No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference SCTE2024.
All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the SCTE2024 using info@scte2024.org and cannot be done over the phone.
Requests for refunds made after 1st June 2024 will not be considered.
For any change of name a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
